The Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA), is dedicated to preserving, studying, building, restoring, and using all-wood, wood-and-canvas, and birchbark canoes, and to disseminating information about canoeing heritage in North America. If anything is more beautiful than a BMW motorcycle, it would have to be a wooden canoe.

My favorite camera is the incredible 6.1-megapixel digital Nikon D70. It broke through the price barrier for top-flight digital SLRs and is much lighter and more compact than my previous favorite, the pricey Nikon D1x. And both take every Nikkor SLR lens ever made!
